Chandigarh – Sukhpal Singh Khaira, Member of Legislative Assembly, Punjab, strongly condemn the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government’s willful defiance of the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s order dated July 24, 2025, in CWP-15406-2025, which directed the Director of Local Government to hand over the charge of President of Nagar Panchayat, Nadala, to the duly elected representative, Baljit Kaur, within seven days.
