Clovis(California) Indian Origin Surinder Pal, 55 a Clovis business owner who was reported missing in June, was found dead Thursday, July 17, 2025, in a Fresno canal. As per the Clovis Police Department, No foul play is suspected. He was last seen around 6 p.m. on June 22 near Blackstone and Dakota avenues in Fresno. His vehicle was found abandoned the following day near Temperance and McKinley avenues.
Clovis police said Pal’s body was discovered Thursday afternoon in a canal near Temperance and McKinley. No suspicious circumstances are suspected at this time. Pal had previously been classified as an at-risk missing person. The Clovis Police Department thanked the public, local media, Fresno police, and the Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office for their help in the search.
