Jujhar Singh made Sikhi, Punjab and India proud by winning Slap Fight Championship in Dubai: Prof. Sarchand Singh Khaila

Amritsar –Spokesperson of BJP Punjab and Sikh thinker Prof. Sarchand Singh Khayla said that Jujhar Singh, a Sabat-Surat Sikh youth belonging to Garhi Chamkaur of district Rupnagar (Rupad), who registered a brilliant victory in the international power slap fight championship held in Dubai (Abu Dhabi), has enlightened the name of Punjab, Punjabi society and the whole of India. Jujhar Singh created history by defeating Russian opponent Antony Galushka with a powerful slap in this competition to become the first Indian power slap champion.
Prof. Khayala said that it is a unique world-class sporting event, in which two players take turns slapping each other, and according to the rules, the player who proves to be more balanced, resilient and effective is declared the winner.
He said that Jujhar Singh is related to that holy land, Garhi Chamkaur Sahib, where the great Sahibzadas of Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji had recorded the immortal spirit of Khalsa in history by giving martyrdom. The Sikh son of the same land is today increasing the honor of Punjab and India on the world stage with his faith, patience and strength.
Prof. Khayala said that Jujhar Singh, true to his name, has played the “Jujharu” game and the Sikh tradition in true sense. He has conquered the international stage of Dubai with his Surat-Sabat identity while sticking to the principles of Sikhism and has proved that where the Khalsa stands, there is respect and honor.
A true Sikh youth proudly winning on the modern world sports stage is not only a personal achievement, but also a triumph of Sikh spiritual strength and discipline.
Prof. Khayla said that such Vibhutis are not just players, but become a source of inspiration for the upcoming Sikh youth generations. Jujhar Singh has proved that when a Sikh youth enters the field with discipline, self-confidence, hard work and Sikh-spirit, sticking to Gurmat principles, the world respects him and bows before him.
In the end Prof. Khayla said –
“All of us Punjabis are proud of a pure Gursikh player son like Jujhar Singh, who has put Sikhism to shame by representing Punjab, Punjabi and India on the Dubai stage. May Guru bless him with more success in sports and every sphere of life.”
