Karachi-The Sindh High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA)The appeal was against the suspension of a notification banning the broadcast of statements by the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. The court’s two-member bench has decided to refer the matter back to the single bench that had originally issued the suspension order.
