Governor Gulab Chand Kataria has given his approval for the session. We will decide the next course of action in the session,” Mann said.Mann said a suggestion was made in the meeting that all political parties should get together and take a delegation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.On whether he would lead a delegation to the PM, Mann said, “We will take this call after the Vidhan Sabha special session. If need be, we may take an appointment with him.”Calling the decision to release extra water to Haryana a “serious issue”, Mann said, “It was like an emergency imposed on us.
