Mohali-Former Punjab Health Minister and senior Congress leader Balbir Sidhu once again proved to be a messiah for the needy by helping a poor family complete their house.The ever-accessible leader from Mohali had recently visited Village Gobindgarh, where during a public meeting, he met Rano Devi. She showed him her pitiable living conditions, revealing that she didn’t even have a proper roof over her head, and appealed for help in completing her house.
Balbir Sidhu had assured her of support—and he delivered. Today, along with a few of his friends, the Congress leader visited the village and provided all the necessary assistance, including financial aid and other essential items required for construction.
