Harchand Singh Burst expressed grief over the demise of Dr. Manmohan Singh

Patiala/Chandigarh – Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Punjab State General Secretary and Punjab Mandi Board Chairman S. Harchand Singh Burst has expressed grief over the demise of former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh. Paying tribute to Dr. Manmohan Singh, S. Burst said that the demise of Dr. Manmohan Singh has caused an irreparable loss to the Sikh community and the country of India. He was a great Indian politician , great economist , educationist , and a visionary leader.

The State General Secretary said that Dr. Manmohan Singh brought India’s deteriorating economic situation out of the difficult situation and brought it back on track. In 1932 Born in the village of Gah in Pakistan, Dr. Manmohan Singh , Professor at Panjab University Chandigarh , Chairman of the Planning Commission of India , Governor of the Reserve Bank of India , Finance Minister of India and Prime Minister of India for 10 consecutive years from 2004-2014, who had a deep relationship with Punjab and always spoke in favor of the development of the people of Punjab. Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh gave many big projects to Punjab including Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), IIT Ropar, Bathinda Refinery, Nano Technology, ISB Mohali, which will lead to the multifaceted progress of Punjab and because of these institutions, Punjab’s name will be taken with great respect all over the world.

The State General Secretary prayed to God to grant the departed soul eternal rest and grant the family the strength to bear the loss.
