It will have to bear the wrath of the employees. Addressing the protest rallies held in different offices, the officials of the union accused the administration that why is the administration repeatedly changing the terms and conditions under the pressure of the company. Why did the administration not notify the formation of State Load Dispatch Center (SLDC) like other states before the bidding process of the department. Why was the right of option taken away before registering the name in SLDC. On what basis were the senior employees who have completed 35 to 40 years of service left out. While addressing the rallies, Union President Amrik Singh, General Secretary Gopal Dutt Joshi, Vice President Gurmeet Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Swarn Singh, Vinay Prasad, Kashmir Singh, Paan Singh, Amit Dhigra, Virendra Singh, Lalit Singh, Satkar Singh, Harjinder Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Gagandeep, Jagtar Singh, Ram Gopal, Surinder Singh, Resham Singh, former President Dhyan Singh, Ram Saroop and Federation President Raghveer Chand, Senior Vice President Rajinder Katoch etc. alleged that on what basis was the direct privatization of the government department done and on what basis were 100% shares of the government distribution company sold to a private company even before it came into existence. And now on what basis are the government employees being made servants of a private company? Why did the administration not create State Transmission Unit (STU) on the basis of the orders of the Central Government, which is a government company in the whole country. It has 220 KV substations and 15 66 KV substations and 5 33 KV substations. About 200 employees can be adjusted against them, but on what basis and rules did the officials of the administration decide to give the assets of the above transmission to a private distribution company? The speakers said that on what basis is the administration discriminating and treating the employees in a step-motherly manner and snatching their government status. He has requested the administrator to stop the wrong behaviour and double standards of the administrator and to ask him under which rules the officers on deputation are being adjusted in SLDC and why the employees are not being adjusted as per the norms despite the provision in STU and appealed to the administrator to end the discrimination being done by the administration by adjusting the employees in other departments of the administration, SLDC, STU on the lines of officers and adjust the employees on the lines of employees sent from the administration to the Municipal Corporation and on the lines of government press employees and the employer should not be changed without their wish/option.
