Chandigarh: The Former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s advisor, Bharat Inder Chahal, remains at large as the vigilance team struggles to apprehend him in connection with a case involving disproportionate assets. Despite continuous raids by the vigilance team, Chahal has managed to evade arrest, sparking anticipation over the ongoing investigation.
