MOGA: In a major development concerning the tragic murder of Baljinder Singh Balli, Congress president of Block Ajitwal in District Moga, the police have taken swift action by apprehending four individuals believed to be connected to the crime. Among the arrested, three suspects hail from Dala village, the same community to which the victim belonged.
