Brampton(Canada)Region of Peel: The 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau has made an arrest in a disturbing indecent act investigation that unfolded across multiple medical clinics in Mississauga over several months in 2025.
According to investigators, the accused allegedly visited various clinics and exposed himself to female staff members. Police further state that he fabricated medical conditions in an attempt to have female physicians touch him inappropriately. During these incidents, the accused also used false identities — including the alias Arshdeep as well as Akashdeep Singh — to deceive medical professionals.
On December 4, officers arrested 38-year-old Vaibhav Vaibhav of Brampton. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing and is facing the following charges:
Indecent Act in a Public Place
Identity Fraud with Intent to Gain Advantage
Possession of an Identity Document
Identity Theft
Police believe there may be additional victims or clinics affected that have not yet come forward.
