ABOHAR: A Heart-Wrenching Incident unfolded in Abohar late on Friday evening as a young girl tragically lost her life after being struck by a speeding car. The incident occurred as the girl was returning home from the fields, leaving her seriously injured, and she subsequently passed away during the course of her treatment this morning.
The victim, identified as Seema, the wife of Chinderpal, had been returning home after a day of harvesting in the fields. Accompanying her was her 5-year-old daughter, Nisha, along with several other children. As they reached a road while on their way home, tragedy struck. Reports indicate that as Seema and the children attempted to cross the road, an oncoming Fortuner car, driven recklessly, collided with the girl.
