Sujit brings over 30 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise transformation. He currently works through Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on a major modernization program at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB/IADB), an institution dedicated to improving lives across 26 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.Sujit works to transform systems that deliver direct benefits to millions of people, including more than 1.2 million children receiving high-quality early-childhood development programs.Sujit selected this mission-driven engagement because it aligns with his passion for human services and impact-focused leadership.
This experience has given him a clear understanding of how to implement large-scale programs that actually work, and how to bring that same effectiveness to federal policies serving New Jersey families.Sujit enters the congressional race with a longstanding record of civic engagement and Democratic Party leadership, including two elected terms as a Democratic Committee Member in West Windsor’s District 14 and prior service as Secretary and Vice Chair of the West Windsor Democratic Committee.
In 2025, Sujit ran a highly competitive campaign for Mayor of West Windsor, challenging a two-decade incumbent administration.Significantly narrowed historic margins while mobilizing new and diverse voters across the township

These are skills essential for representing NJ-12 in Congress.For years, Sujit served on the board of Enable Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit supporting more than 600 adults with disabilities through group homes, adult day programs, and in-home services.
He worked closely with caregivers, social workers, and local leaders to strengthen support systems and expand services so every individual could live with dignity, purpose, and independence.His experience gives him a deep understanding of how federal policies shape real lives, and why Washington needs leaders who listen, understand, and act.
