Stockton, California – Harmanveer Singh, a fugitive wanted by the FBI for his alleged ties to a major transnational drug trafficking organisation, was taken into custody Tuesday morning in Stockton by officers with the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Federal charges include conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, as well as conspiracy to export controlled substances. According to the FBI, he is linked to The Ravinder Dhanda Organised Crime Group, a Vancouver, Canada-based network accused of smuggling bulk quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine across the United States, Canada, and Mexico to supply various drug trafficking organisations.
A federal arrest warrant for Singh was issued on June 23, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He was charged alongside other defendants, including alleged leader Ravinder Singh Dhanda (also known as “Randy,” “Rolex,” or “John Wick”), in a multi-count indictment alleging large-scale international drug smuggling operations.
