Brampton, ON – The Law Society of Ontario has revoked the licence of local lawyer Mr. Pawanjeet Mann of PJ Mann Law, following serious allegations of fraud involving his trust account.
According to Peel Regional Police, investigators with the Fraud Bureau have launched a criminal investigation after receiving several complaints from members of the public during July and August 2025. The complaints allege that Mann engaged in the fraudulent utilisation of client trust funds, with reported financial losses exceeding $3 million to date.
Police have confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, and they are seeking assistance from the community. “We urge anyone who has information in relation to allegations of fraudulent interactions with Mr. Mann to come forward,” investigators said in a statement.
