Amidst Crisis, Brahmpura Urges CM Mann to Rise Above Politics and Serve Punjab

Tarn Taran -Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Thursday announced a relief of 20,000 litres of diesel for flood-hit areas in the Khadoor Sahib constituency, the party said.Accusing the Mann government of ‘betraying its public mandate,’ Brahmpura presented Badal’s aid as the only governance the people have seen. He demanded the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann end this ‘disgraceful dereliction of duty’ and prove his government’s worth by instantly releasing the State Disaster Relief Fund.”

Accepting his request, Badal visited the constituency and announced the fuel supply for tractors engaged in relief operations. He also directed Youth Akali Dal workers to assist in the efforts with their tractors, Brahmpura said.
“On behalf of all the constituents, I am grateful to President Sukhbir Singh Badal for heeding our call. At a time when the ‘AAP’ government is completely absent, his significant support has come as a major relief for the farmers,” Brahmpura stated.
He appealed to the AAP government to provide aid equally to all. “Our constituency has suffered immense losses, and the people need immediate assistance. Political discrimination should be avoided at such a sensitive and critical juncture,” he said.
Brahmpura also asked the chief minister to instruct his party’s MLAs and ministers to reach every person in need impartiall
