The Rule of Law: Why I sued Google:Narveen Singh Aryaputri , Ph.D

Narveen Singh Aryaputri

The decision to sue Google / You Tube wrote itself. In life there are situations where only one
course of action is apparent, much like leaving a room with only one doorway. In a way those are
the best situations in life for confusion is entirely eliminated. Its then, merely a matter of having
the courage to walk forward, go through the doorway, and follow the path.
Therefore, I did not as such decide to sue Google as the events decided to question Google, to
show me the path. I merely had to rise up from my comfortable chair where I was enjoying
music, Raag and Shabad Kirtan, and open the door, leading to the path outside, take the first step.
The rest would follow.
The first step was the necessary research, the second was the actual filing. The Federal Judge
accepted my complaint which was sent to Google by an Air Marshal since it is a Federal case.
Why ?
This case arises from the removal of my YouTube channel, which was dedicated exclusively to
lawful cultural and religious musical expression — specifically, Sikh kirtan performed in the
Indian classical raag tradition.
The reason given was “ Criminal” ! You Tube wrote me a letter claiming “ Criminal” and
“against community standards”
Of course, I appealed, thinking it to be an Algorithm error. Instead of correcting, my ENTIRE
channel was deleted on the same grounds, but now stating that ‘there are several criminal
incidences’. Google removed Plaintiff’s channel after classifying its content under policies
associated with violent extremist or criminal organizations.
We know: This classification is false and stigmatizing.
The content consists solely of devotional music and contains no violent, extremist, or criminal
advocacy of any kind.
I travelled for two years, going to various Gurudwaras starting with the West Coast, recording
Shabad Kirtan or Classical Raag music which the Sikh sing in worship.
Then, on Guru Nanak’s birth anniversary, November 5, 2025, Google removed my YouTube
channel in its entirety.

In connection with that removal, Google issued a notice stating: “We have reviewed your content
and found severe or repeated violations of our violent criminal organizations policy
The statement is clear: My Kirtan content is associated with violent or criminal organizations.
Google issued a separate notice regarding specific content within my channel:
That notice stated:
“We think your content didn’t follow our violent criminal organizations policy.”

The notice referenced specific Sikh devotional performances and named individual performers.

This demonstrates that Google applied the violent criminal organizations classification to
identifiable individuals engaged in lawful religious expression.
Defendant’s actions were based on its “Violent Extremist or Criminal Organizations” policy.
We all know Shabad Kirtan content does not fall within any category defined or contemplated by
that policy.
Google further confirmed removal through its platform interface, which displayed a notice that
my channel had violated the “Violent Criminal Organizations” policy.
I appealed Google’s determination through their designated appeal process. Following review,
Google issued a determination stating: “We reviewed [the content] again and confirmed it’s not
allowed under our violent criminal organizations policy.” Google reaffirmed the classification
after review. This reaffirmation is likewise false.
Google took additional actions affecting my account, including deletion of video verification
data and references to the retention of biometric data.
The consequences of this structural ignorance are not abstract. Shabad Kirtan channel — a
cultural archive of devotional music — was erased. The artists whose performances were
recorded suffered misclassification under a label associated with violence and criminality.
Reputations were damaged, archives were lost, and an act of cultural preservation was treated as
a threat.
As you can see: There was only one path, and it was through the one door available. My steps
took me through. I am in Texas, The Lawsuit is filed in Federal Court in Texas. The case
number is Civil Action No.: 6:26-CV-00007 in the United States District Court in the
Southern District of Texas, Victoria Division.
Here, below, are the love-letters sent to me by You-Tube which is same as Google:
What would you do?
You ask: Where is the case right now? Google attorneys are trying to dismiss the case, actually
denying they said my content was criminal.

Sikhs are being slammed because it is the convenience of the controllers to find a group to whom
they can direct their heat, as Friedrich Hayek said in “The Road to Serfdom” : Although the
quote is long it is worth the quote because of its validity: Chapter 10:
“Why the Worst Get on Top” in The Road to Serfdom (1944). The core principle: “It
seems to be almost a law of human nature that it is easier for people to agree on a negative programme, on the hatred of an enemy, on the
envy of those better off, than on any positive task. The contrast
between the ‘we’ and the ‘they,’ the common fight against those
outside the group, seems to be an essential ingredient in any creed
which will solidly knit together a group for common action. It is
consequently always employed by those who seek, not merely
support of a policy, but the unreserved allegiance of huge masses.
From their point of view it has the great advantage of leaving them
greater freedom of action than almost any positive programme.”
(Goodreads) Then Hayek applies it directly to the Jews in Germany
— and explains the mechanism: “That in Germany it was the Jew
who became the enemy until his place was taken by the
‘plutocracies’ was no less a result of the anticapitalist resentment on
which the whole movement was based than the selection of the
kulak in Russia. In Germany and Austria the Jew had come to be
regarded as the representative of capitalism because a traditional
dislike of large classes of the population for commercial pursuits
had left these more readily accessible to a group that was
practically excluded from the more highly esteemed occupations. It
is the old story of the alien race’s being admitted only to the less
respected trades and then being hated still more for practicing
them.” (Goodreads) So Hayek is making a structural argument:
totalitarian movements require a designated enemy — a group onto
whom collective resentment can be focused — because hatred
unifies more easily than any constructive goal. The specific group
chosen (Jews in Germany, kulaks in Russia) is almost incidental;
what matters is the psychological function the enemy serves. The
movement finds whoever is already marginalized and legible as
“other,” then converts that pre-existing resentment into political fuel”
Do not allow the Nobel Sikhs to be slammed into this category. Sikhs, we must ensure:
